LECTURES BY TWO NORTHERN CALIFORNIA TAPESTRY WEAVERS

SEPTEMBER 12, 2016: TRICIA GOLDBERG

From Tricia’s website: “I may use one or several photographs [as inspiration], a postcard, a drawing, or a watercolor sketch possibly of a flower growing in my garden. I’m excited by the medium in the same way as I was when I began tapestry weaving. I love to express this joy in my work and with my teaching.”

Tricia has been a tapestry weaver and teacher for over 25 years. She offers intimate classes in her studio in Berkeley, while also occasionally teaching at the Richmond Art Center. Her tapestries are in numerous collections and have been featured in various publications. Her website:  tgtapestry.com  The tapestry pictured is titled “Burano” and is on her website.
