Of Snips, Bits and Thrums

Would you like to make Christmas ornaments for yourself and to give to friends, to use as hostess gifts and to reflect your passion for fibers and yarn without breaking the bank or spending hours of your precious time?   I’ve found the perfect project thanks to Suyin and Melody Stein.

What Suyin and Melody did was to purchase clear glass globe ornaments which are readily available during the Holiday season. They removed the metal cap and stuffed bits of dyed fiber, ribbon snips or small pieces of yarn inside the globe and put the metal top back on.  Voila!  Instant personalized and very attractive ornaments.
