Loyce Ericson

Loyce Ericson worked for twenty-plus years in high tech as a mechanical designer, and then took a personal and professional turn to follow her passion. She has been making felt since 1999 and began teaching in 2001. She teaches nationally as well as in her private studio in Gaston, Oregon. Loyce’s pieces have taken many awards at the Black Sheep Gathering and at the Oregon Flock and Fiber Festival. She loves teaching and approaches her classes as a time for fun and for open creative expression. Her greatest delight is to see the individuality of her students in their finished felt pieces.
