REGISTRATION

 

Registration opened November 1, 2013 9 a.m. Early Bird Registration ends January 31, 2014.  All mailed registrations must be postmarked by April 6, 2014. Online registration will continue until April 18, 2014. The last date to cancel and to receive a full refund, minus an administrative fee of $50, will be April 1, 2014. Refunds will be sent after the conference. There will be no refund for cancellations after April 1, 2014.

Hotel reservations and cancellations are made with the Oakland Marriott and are subject to their cancellation policy. See Conference Hotel Under 2014 Program- left sidebar column of this page

The mail-in registration form and payment can be sent to the registrar beginning September 22, 2013. All mailed registrations that arrive in the registrar’s mail box before Friday, November 1, 2013, will be entered into the RegOnline system after 9:00 AM that morning. After that, mailed registrations will be added on the day they arrive. Mail in registration forms have been given to your guild liaison, and they are also available here.

TYPES OF REGISTRATIONS
12 HR Class Registration $365 ($390 after 1/31/2014) covers admission to the Market Place and Galleries, the Keynote Address and Banquet, the Fashion Show, and 12 hours of classes. There are three 12 hour classes available as well as any combination of 9, 6 and 3 hour classes totaling 12 hours.

Regular (up to 9 HRs) Class Registration $320 ($345 after 1/31/2014) covers admission to the Market Place and Galleries, the Keynote Address and Banquet, the Fashion Show, and up to 9 hours of classes.

Mini Registration $175 ($195 after 1/31/2014) covers admission to the Market Place and Galleries, the Keynote Address and Banquet, and the Fashion Show.    No class or workshop instruction is included, but classes may be purchased  during the conference on a space available basis.

Additional Keynote Address and Banquet Tickets, $75, will be available for separate purchase until April 11, 2014. These tickets will not be available at the conference. The ticket will not include entrance to the Market Place and Galleries or any other conference activity.

Additional Fashion Show Tickets, $20, may be purchased separately. The ticket will not include entrance to the Market Place and Galleries or any other conference activity.

NON-MEMBER FEE of $40 needs to be added to your registration if you are not a member of a CNCH guild.

There may be some unfilled classes for which registration will be available during the conference. Registration fees would be $75 per class plus any materials fee applicable to the class.

  • Chicken Florentine: Seared Breast of Chicken on a Bed of Braised Spinach with Lemon, Onions and Parmesan Cheese served with Roasted Garlic and White Wine Sauce
  • Oven-Seared Three Pepper Salmon Filet: Roasted Cherry Tomatoes,     Garlic and White Wine served with Wild Rice Pilaf and Fresh Vegetables
  • Roasted Vegetable Ravioli: Filled with Eggplant, Bell Pepper, Ricotta Cheese and Herbs, served with a Tomato Cream Sauce

Dessert

  • Lemon Torte with Raspberry Coulis
