On-line registration only. Because Asilomar is providing us with special rates on classrooms, all registrants must book a room at Asilomar, which includes three meals a day.
 
  • Early Bird Registration opens: February 2, 2026 at 9:00 AM Pacific Time
  • Early Bird Ends: March 19, 2026 at 5:00 PM Pacific Time
  • Registration Closes: April 10th, 2026 at 5:00 PM Pacific Time
 
Registration Cost:
  • CNCH Member Early Bird: $500.00
  • Non-Member Early Bird: $535.00
  • CNCH Member after March 19: $550.00
  • Non-Member after March 19: $585.00
 
If you wish to bring a companion, that person will book with Asilomar as your roommate, through the CNCH housing link. The companion fee to attend all events except the workshops is $65.00.
 
New this year: Optional Purchase Protection, available when you register. Full refund of registration only (not Asilomar Room & Board) until 7 days before the conference opens.
The fee for $500 registration is $52.50, slightly higher for the higher registration fees. Terms and Conditions here.
