CNCH 2024 will be held at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel, Sonoma Wine Country. The hotel is located 47 miles north of the Golden Gate Bridge, conveniently located off Highway 101. The hotel has 240 sleeping rooms, 10 meeting rooms and almost 18,000 square feet of event space. We are happy to have our conference in a beautiful hotel with all activities under one roof.
Our conference has contracted 120+ rooms per night at the special rate of $179.00 + tax per night. Rooms with either a single King bed or two Queen beds are available. All rooms have coffee makers, small refrigerators, irons and ironing boards, hair dryers, bathroom amenities, 24-hour housekeeping, complimentary remote printing, convenient electrical outlets, desk level electric plugs, and free high-speed Internet.
The hotel features an on-site restaurant, room service, outdoor pool, fitness center, and pickle ball courts. We have also contracted with the hotel for a $5 overnight parking fee per day. There is no charge for day use.
Within walking distance of the hotel, there is Mary’s Pizza Shack as well as a deli/market which has grab and go lunch items. A short drive away are many other restaurants and stores.
Nearby activities are the Foxtail Golf Club, Graton Casino, and numerous wineries. Our conference is in a wonderful location in beautiful Sonoma County.
