Important Dates for Registration
November 1, 2011 Early Bird Registration opens 9:00 am.
February 15, 2012 Early Bird Registration ends. Registration cost is now full price.
April 1, 2012 Last day to cancel with a refund (full refund minus $35 admin fee). No refunds for cancellations after this date.
April 18, 2012 Mail-in registration ends. Mailed registrations must be postmarked by this date.
May 10, 2012 Online registration ends.
May 18, 2012 Conference begins. On-site registration begins for available classes.
Pre-registration has ended.

Both online registration and mail-in registration have ended. Conference registrations will be accepted on site on a space available basis. And tickets for day admission to the Market Place and Galleries are also available. A $2.00 off coupon on adult day admission tickets is available from the Day Visits page  of this website.

Types of registrations

• Class registration ($280 or $305 after 2/15/2012) covers admission to the Market Place and Galleries, the Fashion Show, the Keynote Address and Banquet and 9 hours of classes. Classes are 3 hours and 6 hours long and will begin Saturday morning, May 19. Choose three 3-hour classes or one 6-hour and one 3-hour class. You can elect to purchase an additional three hours of class time (extra 3 hrs class time is $65 or $75 after 2/15/2012).

• Mini Registration ($145 or $165 after 2/15/2012) covers admission to the Market Place and galleries, the Fashion Show, the Keynote and Banquet. No class or workshop instruction in included but you may purchase classes in addition.

• Additional Fashion show Ticket ($50) may be purchased separately. The ticket will not include entrance to the Market Place and exhibits or any other conference activity.

• Additional Keynote Address and Banquet Ticket ($65 or $75 after 2/15/2012) will be available for separate purchase until May 1, 2012. These tickets will not be available at the conference. The ticket will not include entrance to the Market Place and Galleries or any other conference activity.

• CNCH Associate Membership ($30) You will need to become an Associate Member of CNCH if you are not already a member of a CNCH guild, ANWG guild, or any Southern CA guild.

For registrants, additional classes may also be available when you pick up your registration materials at the conference. Additional Fashion Show tickets, if available, may also be purchased for $50 each at that time.

Day admission will be available during Saturday and Sunday when the Market Place and exhibits are open. The cost will be $12 per day with a $2 off coupon available in May at CNCH.org.
