Mark your calendars now for a fabulous conference in a beautiful location when CNCH travels to San Luis Obispo from August 3 – 6, 2023.
The conference will be hosted by the Area 2 Guilds* and will be located on the campus of Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo. Attendees will enjoy apartment-style lodging on the campus and more than 12 retreat-style classes in subjects including weaving, spinning, dyeing, felting, kumihimo, sprang – and more.Some of the best-known and well-respected instructors in the nation have agreed to teach at the event.
While most of those instructors will be identified at a later date, we can assure you that classes taught by Robyn Spady and Kate Larson are likely to be in great demand. When not in class, conference attendees will want to explore all that SLO County has to offer. Cal Poly’s Campus is located just minutes from a wide variety of shops and restaurants in downtown San Luis Obispo and is a short drive from some of the prettiest beaches and finest wineries in the state. Hearst Castle is just 45 minutes away.
