REGISTRATION
Online registration for CNCH 2016 via RegOnline, will run from January 3, 2016, 9:00 a.m. PST through March 26, 2016. Registration after March 5, 2016 will be assessed a $25 late fee. Mail in registrations post marked after March 5, 2016 must include the $25 late fee. Go to www.cnch.org and follow the link to RegOnline for CNCH 2016 registrations. We encourage you to register online, as you will get immediate confirmation of your classes.
Registration can be cancelled in writing and refunded with a $25 cancellation fee up to March 26, 2016. After March 26, 2016 there will be no refunds. Refunds will be processed after the conference.
If filing a hardcopy form (see tab: “Forms”), the completed mail-in registration form and payment (check or money order made out to CNCH 2016) should be sent to Nancy Fisher at 2006 Woodhaven Cir. Riverbank, CA 95367. All mailed registrations will be entered into RegOnline system starting at 9:00 a.m. PST January 3, 2016. After that, mailed registrations will be added on the day they are received by the Registrar.
Mail-in registration forms that have been given to your guild liaison and will are available on www.cnch.org as well: click on the “Modesto” link, and then the “Forms” tab. There will be no on-site registration.
Types of Registration
3-hour Class – $160
3- + 6-hour class – $280
6-hour class – $220
9-hour class – $280
Mini-registration (no class) – $100 (allows entry to Friday night event, galleries, marketplace, fashion show)
Additional Companion Fashion Show Tickets, $25 (Liability coverage at the museum does not extend to the general public, only to those covered under the CNCH insurance. This event is not open to the general public, only to registrants and their companions identified upon registration).
Box Lunches, $20 each, available Saturday and Sunday (pre-order only).
There is an additional $25 charge for any attendee who is not a member of a CNCH guild.
Last date to cancel with refund minus $25 administrative fee: March 26, 2016.
ONLINE registration CUTOFF date is March 26, 2016.
